REPS™. Regulate. Engage. Perform. Sustain. Its a comprehensive performance approach grounded in neuroscience, movement science, and mindfulness-based interventions.

What Is the REPS Model?

It’s the first resilience toolkit to address sexual, emotional, relational, and performance-based recovery and growth at the same time.

REPS is a four-phase system that activates the biological, psychological, and behavioural mechanisms behind sustained human performance:

  • Breath work & HRV Training

  • Mindfulness and Arousal System Regulation

  • Hormone, Sexual Health & Wellness Awareness and Protocols

  • Functional Mobility

  • Cognitive Reappraisal & Visualization

  • Recovery Protocols & Systems Design

The research is clear:

Nervous system regulation + values-driven action + physical embodiment = ↓ anxiety, ↑ adaptability, ↑ performance

Women’s Health and Sport Performance

Despite progress, women in sport continue to face gaps in representation, training specificity, and health education. The physical, emotional, and relational cycles women navigate are often overlooked in sport culture and coaching practices. This project employs a whole-systems coaching lens to support female athletes by meeting them where they are—recognizing that sport performance is deeply influenced by menstrual health, relational ecosystems, emotional agility, and systems and strategies.

Funded by ViaSport BC and the Government of Canada, we’re piloting a scalable, evidence-based model and toolkit that empowers coaches and female athletes —building resilience, confidence, and success rooted in female physiology and whole-person development.
