Kristen Anderson is a sexual health and wellness educator and coach, passionate about helping clients focus on what truly matters in life. She has coached hundreds of individuals across Canada, in both English and French, to build resilience, reduce anxiety, and optimize performance in leadership, sports, and intimate relationships.
Using her REPS Resilience Model, Kristen guides clients to Regulate, Engage, Perform, and Sustain across four pillars: Relational, Emotional, Physical, and Systems resilience. Her work integrates brain science, behavioural health, mindfulness, Pilates, and sexual health to enhance energy, motivation, and performance.
A Boston Marathon finisher, endurance athlete, and mom of three, Kristen combines personal experience with professional expertise. She’s also an elected Board Member with Cycling B.C.
She is committed to helping clients—from executives to athletes—align their physiology, purpose, and mindset to lead and live with power.
