REGULATE. ENGAGE. PERFORM. SUSTAIN.

REPS MODEL

After hundreds of client coaching sessions, I’ve adopted the REPS model. Regulate. Engage. Perform. Sustain. A comprehensive performance approach grounded in neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, movement science, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Lasting change and genuine resilience come from deep within. The work of REPS helps clients build an unshakable foundation that can withstand internal and external stress.

Women’s Health and Sport Performance

Women in sport continue to face gaps in representation, training specificity, and health education. The physical, emotional, and relational cycles women navigate are often overlooked in sport culture and coaching practices. My workshops for athletes and coaches employ a whole-systems coaching lens to support female athletes by meeting them where they are—recognizing that sport performance is deeply influenced by menstrual health, relational ecosystems, emotional agility, and systems and strategies.

My first pilot project, Women’s Health in Motion, was funded by ViaSport BC and the Government of Canada. The project piloted a scalable, evidence-based model and toolkit that empowers coaches and female athletes —building resilience, confidence, and success rooted in female physiology and whole-person development.
