Movement Lab

At the heart of the REPS Resilience Model is the integration of movement and mindfulness. Through refined awareness of even the smallest physical cues, I’ve accessed greater power, precision, and endurance across disciplines — from running and cycling to golf and functional performance.

My training includes certifications in Mat Pilates, Pilates for Golf, Rotational Power (Merrithew), Yin Yoga, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This multidisciplinary foundation enables me to support clients in cultivating strength, mobility, and resilience not only in their physical bodies but also in their approach to life.

Most clients come to me to recover or gain a competitive edge and they leave with a deeper connection to their bodies, increased confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.

You can book a private or semi-private class with me in my Vancouver Studio or online. My popular Pilates for Rotational Power and Mobility classes are held at golf courses throughout Vancouver and Victoria. In addition to my specialized training with Merrithew and Polestar Pilates, which focuses on Pilates for Golf and Pilates for rotational power, I’m also an LPGA Associate member.

Golf is more than a game; it’s a practice of presence.

It’s a dynamic conversation between body, breath, and awareness. And everyone deserves to feel good in their swing, at every stage of their game.

My mobility and stability coaching for golf blends the precision of sports science with the intelligence of the body. Rooted in Pilates, mindfulness, and whole-system performance, my method supports golfers of all levels—especially those navigating injury, stiffness, self-doubt, or a desire to return to the game feeling strong and capable. I teach golfers to connect with themselves and then with the club.

Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, improve mobility, or manage performance anxiety, I meet you where you are. Together, we build a foundation of mobility, stability, and nervous system regulation—the real secret weapons behind a confident, consistent swing.

Because golf is about more than technique, it’s about your rhythm, your story, your state of mind.

Through group classes, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, I guide players in reconnecting with their bodies and rediscovering what’s possible through mindful movement.

If you’re a golf course or club seeking to enhance your members’ experience with injury-preventative movement, improved core stability and mobility, or introduce a fun social event combining Pilates and a driving range session to test improvements, I’d be delighted to connect.
