Kristen is a lifelong endurance athlete, Neuroleadership Coach, Sex Educator, and amateur golfer. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour and certifications in Mindfulness and Pilates. She partners thoughtfully with individuals and institutions aligned with her values.

Kristen Anderson is an educator, athlete and author. Her work integrates performance, nervous system regulation, Body Intelligence, and sexual health.

She has supported more than 500 clients across Canada and collaborates selectively with organizations that prioritize excellence, responsibility, and care for the whole human being.

She holds a Master of Organizational Behaviour and Development, certifications in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, the Gottman Institute, and the Palouse Mindfulness Institute. She is a Sex Educator, ICF Neuroleadership Coach, and Pilates Instructor.

She is a sport leader in Canada, an ambassador for the RBC Whistler GranFondo, a Board Director at Cycling BC and an NCCP Coach and CANSI Instructor. She believes in the power of sport to shape communities.
