 Trained as a Yin Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Kristen knows firsthand the value of discipline, focus, and the power of the mind-body connection. Mindfulness forms the foundation of her approach, enabling clients to transcend physical setbacks and tap into their untapped potential.

Her journey of resilience, including recovery from a life-changing cycling crash, highlights her  mobility, and performance. Her deep love of sports—Pilates, golf, running, cycling—and her drive to keep up with her three energetic boys fuel her passion for guiding others through challenges to achieve peak performance.

Pilates Foundation

Establish a solid foundation for your practice with fundamental Pilates exercises. This class emphasizes core strength, alignment, and stability, providing you with the tools to improve your overall strength and resilience. You’ll learn key movements that enhance your everyday activities and athletic performance.

Pilates for Rotational Power and Mobility (Golf, Tennis, Pickleball)

This class focuses spinal mobility, core strength, and hip stability to generate more efficient and powerful rotation in sports like golf, tennis, and pickleball. By targeting deep stabilizers and improving movement control, it helps athletes transfer force more effectively from the ground up through the kinetic chain. This results in improved swing mechanics, injury prevention, and greater power output with less strain.

 Pilates Mobility
This is a class dedicated to pliability and overall mobility. You'll engage in dynamic stretches and movements aimed at improving flexibility in key areas. This class will help you reduce the risk of injury, enhance recovery from surgeries, prepare you for a return to physical activity and elevate your physical performance in all aspects of life.
